This baby stoat is one of seven raised in my garden this year. Their mother Bandita is well known to me - and to many in the world after she featured in a BBC Natural World documentary, Weasels: Feisty and Fearless. I have followed the secret lives of stoats for many years and am always fascinated to see how playful these creatures are. This trampoline is next to the climbing frame I built for my kids to play on, but now has been taken over by wildlife. The stoat kits regularly use it to bounce on.
