LIVE: Lavrov to brief press after meeting Turkish FM Sinirlioglu in Sochi

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is due make a statement after meeting with his Turkish counterpart Feridun Sinirlioglu in Sochi on Thursday, September 17. Sinirlioglu is on an official two-day visit to Russia.
