The IDF has announced the death of another soldier while fighting Hamas’ Al-Qassam Brigades in southern Gaza on March 31. This brings the number of dead soldiers since Israel began its ground operations in Gaza to 256. Al Jazeera Arabic, meanwhile, reported that Israeli forces had withdrawn from the Al-Shifa Hospital nearly two weeks after it launched raids claiming the presence of Hamas operatives inside.
