TON UP BOYS 1950’s and 1960’s

Lawrence of Arabia was most likely one of the early ton up boys riding his Brough Superior. Fast forward to the 1950’s and British Manufactured Motorcycles are becoming very sought after machines. The young post war generation were looking for speed on two wheels and the young rockers were looking at speeds of 100 mph. So began the era of The Ton Up Boys.
