I was not aware that Durov came to France - Macron reacts to Telegram CEO’s arrest

French President Macron have his first comment on the recent arrest of Pavel Durov in France and said he wasn’t even aware that Telegram founder arrived in France, adding it was an independent decision of the French judicial system to detain him.
