For more, we’re joined by Professor Kim Young-jun. Great to have you back. 1. CSIS reported just yesterday there have been at least 25 rounds of shipments carrying ammunitions since last August. The defense chiefs of Seoul and Washington once again vowed to sternly deal with North Korea’s arms deals with Russia. At this point, the weapons for food deal between the two is pretty much a given now, isn’t it? A win-win situation for the two? 2. Ways to deal with the obvious arms collaboration between Pyongyang and Moscow include the international community’s collective voices and sanctions. But what other realistic and effective ways are there to actually stop them? 3. South Korea’s defense minister also hinted at the possibility of North Korea launching its next reconnaissance satellite before South Korea launches another of its own from Florida in early April. What’s your take on this? Why is the North rushing? 4. South Korea and the U.S. will be conducting a combined military drill for about two weeks, starting next Monday. This is to better counter provocations coming from the North. Although this is a regular exercise, will this nudge the North toward going ahead with military provocations? 5. Foreign ministers of South Korea and the U.S. also held talks over in Washington. North Korea issues are highly likely to have been on the agenda, right?
