Complete Bodyweight Strength & Muscle Workout For When You’re Short On Time & Space
This is a body weight workout I did weeks ago when I was traveling and still wanted a strength stimulus as well as some volume so I tweaked some exercises.

A heads up, instead of 5lb plates I used books and instead of the mat I used a pillow (you gotta McGyver that stuff when you travel 🧳).
