Metropole Studio Sessions: Dutch Soul Jam II (free livestream) - Metropole Orkest

Get out your platform shoes and bell-bottoms, and Renew Your Soul with the Metropole. On Friday 26 February the orchestra will share the stage with singers Shirma Rouse, Paul van Kessel, Latanya Alberto, vAn (Ivan Peroti) and Patty Lou. After the well received and viewed first Dutch Soul Jam in January, Metropole Orkest and NPO Radio 2 Soul & Jazz once again joined forces to invite Dutch soul artists to the Metropole ‘s home base. The ‘Metropole Studio Sessions: Dutch Soul Jam II’ promises more Soul for the soul with music from the orchestra’s archives. Soul music classics from the likes of Eddie Harris, Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan and Marvin Gaye. Conductor is Jochen Neuffer.
