Revolutionizing Prosthetics - Drinking from a Water Bottle
Volunteers on DARPA’s Revolutionizing Prosthetics program test out early versions of the DEKA Arm System. One volunteer, who is missing both arms, even uses the advanced prosthesis to drink from a plastic water bottle, an especially difficult task for a prosthetic limb considering that water bottles are often slippery, easily deform, and contain moving contents. #DARPABiT
