India Celebrates 75th Republic Day: “Nari Shakti“, Military Prowess on Display India celebrated its 75th Republic Day with a grand show of its military prowess in the national capital New Delhi. The theme of this year’s Republic Day is “Viksit Bharat“ and “Bharat: Loktantra ki Matruka“. France’s President Emmanuel Macron was the Chief Guest for the celebrations. He arrived with India’s President Droupadi Murmu in a 250-year-old traditional buggy. This year’s parade was women-centric, highlighting women’s empowerment and growth across various sectors. The parade featured an all-women tri-services team for the first time.
