X-WORKOUT or T-WORKOUT is Functional Training conceived for Fitness Instructors and Active People. In this sessions we search the best technique and carry out with short sets. Maximum time of execution is 3 min for the Kettlebell part, bust most of exercises are done in 1 min set with minimum 1 min rest pause.
