Office 2016 on Windows Vista

Enough of the limits to Windows Vista for being “bad“, and put it on a par with XP. Windows Vista has enormous potential, even greater than 7 and 8.x since Chrome does not show the end of support warning. It already works with Chrome 110 , Office 2013, Office 2016, Windows Update v5, and maybe more.
