World’s Lowest Roadworthy Car - Meet The Record Breakers - Guinness world Records
The lowest roadworthy car measures 45.2 cm ( in) from the ground to highest part of the car and is called “Mirai“. It was created by students and teachers of The Automobile Engineering Course of Okayama Sanyo High School in Asakuchi, Japan, on 15 November 2010.
