Argentina struggles with booming drug trade, violence

Shootings have become an everyday occurrence in Argentina’s slums – as gangs battle each other to control the local drug trade. There’s been a rise in threats, shootings and even executions over the past year. Now the government is sending federal forces into one of the country’s busiest ports to help in the fight against gangs and drugs.
