Having chronic anxiety and depression means that I go up and down a lot, though the ups are more what you’d consider ‘normal’ moods or at least not too low, and the downs are really low. So I’m used to being sort of okay and then terrible, constantly. I use editing and writing to help me deal with that. I love Jane so much and the way that the show allows her to explore her trauma. So many shows don’t acknowledge the trauma a character has been through or if they do it’s only briefly or terribly done. So I really admire Doom Patrol for taking the time to do that,
