Ableton drum audio to midi

Here is how to turn drum audio into midi in Ableton. To convert a drum loop into midi, you first have to drag in a drum loop of your choice. Right click on the clip and click on the choice “ convert drums to new midi track“. By doing This, Ableton will open a new midi clip with the drum pattern already arranged, and it will open up a drum rack with pre-selected samples. From here, you can drag and drop your own drum samples onto the pads that are being used. If you double click on the new midi clip, it will open the midi pattern in the pattern viewer at the bottom. Here, you can make any changes to the midi pattern or the notes velocities. Once youve converted your drum loop to a midi pattern, you can add some synth melodies and continue building your beat or track. Please leave a like and a comment!
