60g Breadcrumbs (Kelloggs Breadcrumbs - not all of this gets used, each piece of chicken picks up 6g - 8g)
2 Toasted Brioche Buns (Aldi Seeded Brioche Buns)
Lettuce
Spicy Sauce:
60g Light Mayonnaise (Callowfit Mayo Style Sauce)
5g Sriracha or Hot Sauce
Smoked Paprika
