Forging a KUNAI out of Rusted Tank ARMOR

Well, This Kunai took me one month to make and this was not easy to make it such perfect. A lot of people asked me to make Kunai so i tried to make most perfect Kunai that i can. All the Processes are below of making this beautiful Kunai: Forging: It took me almost five days to prepare and hand forge such heavy Tank Armor piece into a dagger shaped blank and this was my hardest forging ever. I don’t have any power hammers or serious equipment so all the forging i did with my hands. Grinding: I started some rough grindings of metal plate with my angle grinder and turned into a well shaped workpiece. I also did a lot of hand sanding with a help of abrasive paper to remove the edges and almost all the roughness of the knife. v. I made a bevel with the help of flat file. v. Hand Sanded the blade to remove roughness. v. Handle was made by turning on my handmade lathe. Hardness: It is not easy to professionaly harden a big piece of steel so i Heated the whole surface placed into a Fire evenly to a critical temperature and Quench the heated detail in oil. Now the Steel is hard but Fragile. Tempering is the best way to increase Strength and Toughness of the knife. Ring: This piece can be made of any hard material such brass or steel but we can also use small parts of offcut armor that is left. Handle: The Handle contains of three parts. v. Ring: The purpose of ring is to hold the handle end by screwing, so nothing should vibrate. v. Washer: Thin metal brass washer separates the handle and ring. v. Brass Tube: A piece of brass tube can be made by method of metal casting.
