Resection of the ureter with end to end anastomosis

Deep endometriosis of the right parameter with stenosis of the right ureter and 7% residual right kidney function. We performed ureterolysis followed by resection of the ureter and end-to-end anastomosis. Associated lesions: multiple nodules of the upper rectum, sigmoid colon (subocclusion), small bowel, caecum and appendix. We performed: - resection of the right parameter - colorectal resection - small bowel resection with latero-terminal anastomosis - resection of the caecum and the appendix - bilateral salpingectomy Operative time 4h
