Borderlands 3: Intro video

Is this the intro video to Borderlands 3? Tell us what you think in the comments! This was apparently ripped from inside of a leaked pre developmental build of Borderlands 3 given to Microsoft to play around with but we wonder why it is so low quality if its going to be in a game. Then again its a pre developmental build so this could of just been a low quality render because they didn’t want to spend a long time rendering a unfinished video.
