Scenes of Prince Edward being received and crowned in Caernarvon “some forty years earlier“ with great pageantry. Caernarvon Castle, Queen Elizabeth and the Duke are greeted on the steps of the castle, they walk within the ruins, decked with flags and banners, past the waiting crowds and into box built high up in the castle. Below the crowds wave and cheer. The royal standard flies from a turret.
WS castle , Scenes of Welsh countryside, rivers, coastline and sheep farming in the north. A sheepdog rounds up the sheep and drives them through a gate into a walled field. More scenic shots, a group of men walk past with hunting rifles. Some small logs sail through the trees on a flying fox construction. A tiny train passes below and arrives at a small station “Brynclas“ . On the platform waits a lady in traditional costume and an enormous harp (as they do). The driver assists the lady and loads the harp while his assistant oils the train. Travelli
