One of the worst floods in history! The city is sinking! Flood in Resita, Romania Torrential rains caused flooding in Reșita, Caraș-Severin county, Romania, on Monday. It rained so much that the waters formed a torrent that flooded several streets and households, even taking away parked cars. A special situation was recorded on Mihail Kogălniceanu Street where the stream originating from the slope carried alluvium which clogged the sewage system so that the entire road was washed away by an obvious flood. Huge amounts of rainfall fell after a cloud break, and all the water poured onto the road and into people’s homes.
