This is a follow up Kerry Von Erich video. I found an article in Ringside Magazine from 1983 which filled in many missing puzzle pieces to a Kerry Von Erich workout. In this video I go over the entire article and then recap what I learned about Kerry’s workout! If you haven’t seen my first Kerry Von Erich video, please go view it! Note: one thing I need to mention is this 1983 article from Ringside the workout photos are taken from his home gym. The leg question seems to be answered by the 1985 articles I found (one specifically I alluded to doing a third video about!, mentions Kerry plugged legs in on Bicep and Back Day, which is a different take than Chris Von Erich saying they did them every other week and makes more sense. I would go with adding them on bi and back day.
