One of the most in-demand commercial vehicles in Australia, the 79 Series is only made in Japan at a specialised factory. It uses a single-turbo diesel V8 and the only gearbox available is a five-speed manual. The Land Cruiser ute has four-wheel drive with low-range. Does the LC79 compete with dual-cab utes?
