FC Bayern suffered their second defeat of the Champions League campaign on Wednesday evening. Coach Vincent Kompany’s team lost 1-4 (1-3) at FC Barcelona on the third matchday. After going behind early through Raphinha (1st minute), Munich were able to equalize through Harry Kane (18th minute). However, Barcelona were extremely effective and made it 1-4 from Bayern’s point of view through Robert Lewandowski (36’) and two further goals from Raphinha (45’/56’).
