Hanma Yujiro set - Raw Workout (1st attempt)

This is my 1st attempt of new set that I made up. Originally I wanted to do this outdoors but it was too rainy so I did it home - very bad due to conditions (too low bar and rings for full hang and dip on muscle ups) and need to put rings off and on twice. Also I planned to do this with 30kg on MU and 80kg on the rest of the movements but I have some issues lately and this is at the moment my maximal capacity with ok form (not perfect and not happy with it 100% of course). But thats my 1st attempt ever and even tho it took me more than 10 minutes, it was extremely demanding to be honest. If you like these movements than surely try this hard set for yourself and adjust weights as you need! About pistol squats - there was a fuck up when I didnt see the obstacle on the video of main camera but very luckily I was recording everything simultaneously on my phone so its 100% in the end(by adding the vid from phone into original one and same timing). Another fuck up was too bright light due to my mistake with cam
