SHORT CLIPS: legs behind the head prep (Yoganidrasana prep)

Just a really nice short stretching and yoga clip of me doing a stretch to prep for the legs behind the head/ feet behind the head pose and then afterwards getting into it. Lying on the back it is called Yoganidrasana, when we attempt to get the hand balancing pose, then it’s called Dwi Pada Sirsasana. Enjoy! This pose can be considered a contortion pose, so be careful when trying to do it!
