Russia Increases Production Attack Fighter Jets Su-34 Fullback. The Russian defense ministry is increasing production of Su-34 fighter jets which have medium-range bomber capabilities. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu visited an aviation manufacturing plant in Novosibirsk, Siberia, which is 3,000 kilometers east of Moscow. Sergei Shoigu said the Ministry of Defense had tasked the factory management to speed up production and repair work on the Su-34 because the weapon was in high demand.
