First, I will place my hands on some blocks, and then I will do an “extended puppy“ pose. The next exercise, I will do a “camel“ pose. I will go back and forth between the “camel“ pose and a “child“ pose. Both stretching exercises benefit your back muscles. The next exercise, I will lay on my back. I will place the blocks underneath the middle of my back. I will place my head flat on the mat. The blocks will help arch my back. I will stretch my arms upward. This stretching will help with your back muscles as well. The last part of the exercise routine, I will place the blocks underneath the lower part of my back, close to the buttocks area.
