This next core workout is one that very few know about. When I was going through training as a cadet, we’d hear about the Null-Class ARC Troopers. They were an unpredictable bunch. I’d have said they were legends myself, if I hadn’t ran into Ordo on Mandalore. He showed me this core circuit and the following day, I understood why these guys were different. It hurt to laugh for 3 days after doing this workout with him.
