General Notes: 1) The run up and cross steps do not need to be too aggressive when you’re learning to throw. Take your time and keep them smooth and rhythmic and build your speed from there without sacrificing your throwing stance. If you don’t throw much further with a longer or faster run up, back things off and build your standing throwing and posterior chain strength. 2) You’ll notice during the video I discuss pushing up into the throw.
