How to make soy milk and okara (soybean pulp)

This is how to make soy milk at home. It’s healing, delicious and much easier than you think. Soy milk is naturally ketogenic and you end up with a fantastic byproduct - okara (soybean pulp). Soak dried soybeans overnight (6-10hrs) 2. Drain and discard water. In a blender, blitz the soaked beans with some water (taken from 3.5 ltr of water) till smooth. Add in the remaining water. 3.
