The Originals (TO) - Season 5 Episode 4 - Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea (Final Season) In this clip: Klaus tells Vincent that Hope hid her mother, Hayley, with a cloaking spell & Klaus suspects that some witch has done this. Vincent disagrees with Klaus immediately. He tells Klaus that Hayley is a friend of his. He also talks with Wolves and Vampires about Hayley. He covers all three factions in New Orleans that are witches, wolves and vampires to find Hayley and asks to retrieve her. He threatens them all about an original family reunion and that it can bring hell fire to them. In the whole episode: Frustrated by the lack of progress made in the search for Hayley, Klaus turns up the heat by taking hostages from each of the three New Orleans supernatural factions. Freya goes to Mystic Falls to check on Hope, who has been sent back to the Salvatore School. Vincent seeks guidance from Ivy after learning that Klaus’ erratic behavior is escalating.
