Under section 13 of the Copyright Act 1957 ’Atchu’ is a musical phenomenin that struck a cord with generations of music lovers across Garo Hills and beyond. It has flavours of modern day rock fusioned with traditional ethnic rhythm of the Garo drum “Dama“. The song was created by our very own former keyboardist Late M G Carlo who composed the lyrics and with fine tuning by our guitarist and founder of the band, Montaben S Marak, it has created vibes across the musical world. The song went on to get selected as the ’Great Indian Rock’ music album in the year 1996 and there has been no turning back since then. The song has won the hearts of millions of fans, both in India and abroad, something never witnessed or experienced ever before in the rock music world of the north east and Garo Hills.
