Advancing with Watercolor: Seeing the Big Mid-Tone “Pienza, Old and New“

This is part four of a muti-part series stemming from a recent trip to Florence Italy along with 10 other artists.- We traveled to the Hill town of Pienza for a day of painting watercolor in the open air. The subject in this work is the play of light and shadow across the old buildings, and eventually the tourists.
