In this video, we talk about shoulder muscles, and it’s most significant muscle – deltoid muscle. It occupies almost the whole shoulder. That’s why Uldis sometimes calls it shoulder muscle. If you “unwrap it,” it creates a triangle shape, which is the Greek letter delta.
