Things I’m doing to Build my GLUTES 🍑

In this video we’ll be talking about some tips to Build your GLUTES as well as some behind the scenes footage of my clothing brand YONDIT YONDIT: These were the tips discussed in the video: ✅ Make sure you activate your glutes during movements (ensure you can feel the muscle working) ✅ Make sure you’re getting enough calories (eat in a maintenance or surplus) ✅ Make sure you get adequate rest (seperate leg / glute workouts by 2-3 days rest at a minimum) This was the workout from the video: 1. Leg Curl 20,15,12,10 2. Hip Thrust 20,15,12,10 3a. Step Up 3x10 each leg 3b. Bulgarian Split Squat 3xMAX (Bodyweight) 4. Hip Abduction Machine 3x20 5.
