In order to rank the fattest states in America, we had to look at which states have the most number of obese residents. This list research was put together by the Center for Disease Control. This includes Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Iowa, South Carolina, Texas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oklahoma and West Virginia.
