LONG ICE HOLE BATH

Brice ( IG @bricepoule ) and Joan ( IG @joancruvellier ) take a long bath in an ice hole in Iraty lake . A new recruit, Bastien, also tried to bath in the frozen lake ( water : 2,5°C ) . Brice stayed 8 min, and Joan 13 min , a very good performance . For Joan, it was the first bath in so low water temp! After the bath , Brice had only a mild afterdrop with quick warming, which encourages him to go further in his cold endurance challenges ( 15 min in ice cold water) Joan had a little harder, but very short afterdrop he is now ready to “break the world record“ .To be continued....#coldexposure #coldbath #icebath #coldendurance #icehole Music :Easy jam by Kevin Mc Leod
