Return with flexing

It’s a long time ago since my last upload. Was so busy with other important things. During that time I still did workouts for 2 to 3 times a week. Next months my goal is 4 to 5 times a week in combination with long distancerunning. I’m not satisfied jet, but I’m on my way back. A bit more mass and ripped. within a month I will upload again to show the results.
