In a ridiculous twitter post, writer Sam Winkler, who is responsible for Borderlands 3 (easily the worst game of the franchise), made his case defending Sweet Baby Inc. He implies that the practice of hiring outside consultancy firms to write characters that don’t look like you is justifiable. Of course, he is outing himself as someone without functional empathy. In any event, I strongly advocate for adding games from Gearbox entertainment, his employer, to Sweet Baby Inc Detected as a response to this, and we should avoid buying Homeworld 3, which comes out in several weeks.
