I’ve reserved a special place in my heart for the Allegra pose. Why? It’s the very first advance pole move I got and also the most watched video on my channel! I love this move so much but... I was never able to get out of it gracefully. So here’s a tutorial to finally tackling my nemesis and finding a pretty way to transition out of the allegra!
