Quantum battery mysteries: lighting an LED through the human body

Here’s the quantum battery claim: , where the inventor, a Mr. Nigel Cheese, claims that his ’quantum battery“ cannot possibly be making electricity, because it powers an LED through his body without giving him a shock or heart attack. In this video I demonstrate that I can do the same with three regular 9V batteries, with roughly the same total DC voltage as Nigel measures from his “quantum battery“. The “quantum battery“ itself seems to be just a galvanic pile consisting of zinc foils, paper separators and copper foils arranged in series and held together tightly using rare earth magnets- nothing very “quantum“ about that- no need to invoke the magic of “zero point energy“ etc. to explain it, either.
