However this raises the ER requirement for both him and Yelan compared to using Sac Sword. Even more so if Yelan is running Elegy. 3. My Yelan was running with a HP circlet so you’ll see a bigger increase of damage with your CDMG circlet Yelan compared to your 2.8 CDMG circlet build. 4.
