Tutorial : "Jewels" Gentle Curve Cutting with Jean Wells

This is the second lesson on how to make Jean Wells’ iconic Gentle Curve lines in her art quilting. In this video, she demonstrates how to create the little “Jewels“ as she calls them- the very thin pops of color between the larger strips. All of these techniques are done without using a ruler.
