We will be working on Handstand Push-ups, Pull-ups, and Leg raises to get a complete upper body workout. Increase your pulling, and pushing strength and build a strong Back, Shoulders, Core, and Arms in the process! This is NOT a race so make sure to have good form throughout the entirely on the routine, and of course, have fun ;)
