Fran offers to look after C.C.’s dog Chester. Whilst she is walking him in Central Park someone kidnaps him! From Season 5 Episode 4, ’Fransom’. C.C’s dog Chester is kidnapped while under Fran’s care. C.C. goes on TV and offers a $20,000 reward to whoever finds the kidnapper.
