- Sugar: 120 g (0.6 cup)
- Sour cream: 80 g (2.8 oz)
- Vegetable oil: 100 g (112 ml/0.5 cup)
- Flour: 180 g (6.3 oz)
- Cocoa: 55 g (2 oz)
- Baking soda: 2.5 teaspoons
- A pinch of salt.
- Baking tin: 35/30 cm. (13.8/11.8 Inc)
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes
- Cream cheese: 400 g (14 oz)
- Sour cream: 100 g (3.5 oz)
- Cocoa: 55 g (2 oz)
- Condensed milk: 250 g (192 ml/0.9 cup)
- Water: 100 ml (0.5 cup

- Sugar 50 g (1.7 oz)
- Add 20 ml (2 tablespoons) of brandy or cognac to the cooled syrup.
- Walnuts: 100 g (3.5 oz)
- 100 g (3.5 oz) milk chocolate or dark chocolate
- Butter: 60 g (2.1 oz)
- Milk: 40 ml (0.2 cup)
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
