Better late than never, right? I’ll be honest, I was putting off making a proper remix of this song after I missed out on the remix contest (though I do have this song mashed with Metallica’s “Now That We’re Dead“ in the shelf), but that Takamori concert was what finally pushed me. I was mostly trying to get this in the style of Newsted-era Metallica (black album, Load/Reload), but I ended up adding elements of Gojira and Tool in there as well (hence the polymetric section around 4:31).
