Putin’s Men Destroy Kyiv’s FH-70 Howitzer Amid Weapons Shortage; NATO Nation Pledges 78 More | Watch

Following an assault by Ukrainian troops in Severesk, the Russian army targeted and destroyed a NATO-made FH-70 howitzer. The Russia Ministry of Defense (MOD) released video footage of the destruction, showing the precision of the attack. The Ukrainian assault brigade had launched harassing fire at Russian positions before the retaliation. Using Soviet-era Krasnopol cannons, Russian forces swiftly eliminated the UK-made howitzer and its crew. In response to the incident, France pledged to deliver 78 Caesar howitzers to Ukraine, in accordance with an agreement made between France, Ukraine, and Denmark in 2022. Additionally, France plans to provide 89,999 shells for 155-mm guns to Ukraine this year. This commitment from France comes after Germany and Poland recently vowed to procure more weapons for Kyiv, demonstrating the EU trio’s support for Ukraine amid ongoing conflict. #russia #ukrainewar #nato #zelenskyy #putin #warupdate #russia #moscow #moscowattack #vladimirputin #volodymyrzelenskyy #breakingNews #topnews #latestnews #livenews #moscowterrorattack #russia #putin #isis Subscribe to The Times of India’s YouTube channel: For daily news & updates and exclusive stories, follow the Times of India Facebook: Instagram: Download the app: Follow the TOI WhatsApp channel: Follow TOI for well-researched and in-depth news and analysis Facebook: Twitter: Instagram:
